What clients actually say
154 verified reviews averaging 4.95 stars, spread across three independent platforms. Every one of them lives somewhere I don't control, which is exactly the point, so follow the links and read them where they were posted.
Three things come up over and over
I read all of these. What strikes me isn't that they're positive, it's how consistently they're positive about the same three things, and not one of those three things is rate.
I answer the phone
By a wide margin this is the most common theme, which honestly says less about me than it does about what people have come to expect from a lender.
No surprises
Regular updates, options explained before a decision is needed, and nothing sprung on anybody at the closing table. People really do notice when the chaos is missing.
Closes on time
This one comes mostly from realtors, and it's the reason they keep sending me clients.
"Communication is timely, clear, helpful, and kind. Couldn't ask for a better guide to walk you through all of the options and details of mortgage financing."Leonard D. · Experience.com
"Mark sent me regular updates on the loan status and was very good at answering any questions the few times I needed to call him. Very smooth process."Kelley A. · Experience.com
"Mark is amazing and I would recommend him to my clients any chance I get. He has great communication and always closes on time."Linda S. · Realtor partner
Read them at the source
I'd rather send you somewhere I can't edit than paste a wall of testimonials onto my own page. Reviews sitting on a lender's own website are worth roughly nothing, and you should be a little suspicious of anybody who leans on them.

Reviews from buyers and from realtors I've closed with.

This one isn't reviews, it's licensing. Search NMLS #105591 and confirm that I am who I say I am, which is worth doing with every loan officer.
Worked with me before?
A review on Google helps me more than almost anything else I could ask for, and it takes about ninety seconds to write one. And to be explicit about it, I don't offer anything in exchange for reviews, and I wouldn't want one that wasn't honest anyway.
Review counts and averages as of August 2026, aggregated across Google, Zillow and Experience.com. Individual reviews are quoted with attribution to the platform they were posted on. No compensation, discount or other benefit is offered in exchange for reviews.
