What's been done

This site is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means:

• Text and background colors are checked for contrast, in both light and dark modes.
• Everything works by keyboard, and focus is visible where you are.
• Headings are structured in order so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Images have alternative text; decorative ones are marked as decorative.
• Content is readable without JavaScript, and layouts reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Animation is minimal and respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting.

Where it may fall short

Some things on this site link out to third-party systems (the loan application, the calendar booking tool, the review platforms). I don't control the accessibility of any of those, but I'd still want to know if one of them is a barrier for you, so that I can go looking for an alternative.

Nothing on this site is the only route to anything. Every calculator, every program page and every form has a human alternative behind it, which is me, on the phone.
